Chicken pieces (drumsticks, thighs)
2 cups buttermilk
2 cups flour
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Oil for frying
1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 4 hours.
2. Mix flour with spices.
3. Coat chicken in flour mixture.
4. Deep fry at medium heat for 12–15 minutes until golden.
