Ingredients 2 potatoes (boiled & cubed) 2 tbsp cornflour 1/2 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp pepper Salt to taste Oil for frying Instructions Mash potatoes lightly. Add cornflour, spices, and salt. Shape into small bites. Fry in hot oil until golden. Remove and drain excess oil. Serve with sauce. Personal Tips Air-fry for a healthier option. Add cheese inside for extra flavor.

Ingredients


1 cup cooked brown rice

Mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, bell pepper, broccoli)

1 tsp olive or sesame oil

1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Garlic (minced)



Instructions


1. Heat oil in a pan.


2. Add garlic and vegetables, stir-fry lightly.


3. Add cooked rice.


4. Pour soy sauce and mix well.


5. Cook for 2–3 minutes and serve.




Personal Tips


Add scrambled egg or tofu for protein.
