1 cup cooked quinoa
1 grilled chicken breast (sliced)
½ cup cucumber (chopped)
½ cup cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper
Lemon juice
1. Season chicken and grill until fully cooked.
